The day begins with an international breakfast which still includes the delicious dishes of Romagna, such as ciambella (doughnuts), cantarelle (traditional pancakes) and the succulent bombolone alla crema (cream doughnuts), king of the Riviera breakfast! Be it at lunch or dinner, you can choose from a lavish self-service buffet and our convenient table service. Every day an ample choice of traditional dishes, including the local Chef’s home-made pasta, is available. The wine labels are excellent too, coming from the local Cantina Nicolucci and from Cantina Bassi in Emilia, to accompany and compliment the dishes. Alternatives are available for those who have intolerances or are following diets. We have a baby menu to stimulate the palate of our smallest guests. |
