The best specialities of the region served as a buffet from breakfast to dinner. You can also eat with a sea view, in the exclusive “Gallia Beach” restaurant on the hotel’s private beach. We start with a vast selection of appetisers, continuing with homemade main courses such as tagliatelle, cappelletti, tortelli, strozzapreti, passatelli. These are followed by locally reared meats and Adriatic bluefish cooked on the grill, fried or as sauce to go with pasta. There are plenty of fruits, salad and desserts to complete your meal. Unlimited drinks are also included: 3 kinds of wine, Pepsi, orange juice and of course water. Children can eat at flexible times, tasting a menu specifically created for them, with coloured baby cutlery, highchairs and place mats to colour in. If you are sporty, you will find a tailor-made breakfast and a buffet dinner with appetising warm and cold dishes. |
