The Hotel Esplanade’s has a traditional Romagnolo kitchen with tasty and original combinations. Zero food miles ingredients are preferred but, in any case, we always use very fresh authentic produce with a different menu each week (meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan). At breakfast there is a lavish sweet and savoury buffet, at lunch and dinner – with unlimited drinks included – you can choose between four first courses and three main courses accompanied by a buffet of vegetables and desserts. A traditional dish from Romagna is presented at every meal with its own story, quirks and the recipe. The alternative dinner on the rooftop is unmissable. If you wish to have lunch on the beach, the hotel provides another 20 tasty offerings including first courses, main courses, salad and sandwiches, to take beneath the parasol in a practical thermal bag. Sports enthusiasts can have meals at flexible times, for small children there is no lack of extravagant menus in addition to the baby food corner for new parents – and great care is taken over the needs of those with food intolerances and coeliacs, even if undiagnosed. |
