Breakfast with lavish sweet and savoury buffet is served from 7:30 with a wide selection of cakes, biscuits, borioches and jams; cured meats, eggs and bacon; yogurt and fresh fruit.

At lunch and dinner we start with a served buffet of appetisers, followed by 4 first, 4 second and 4 desserts to choose from, served comfortably at the table. The menus change every 14 days and are ready before meals, always with drinks included.

A careful eye is kept on families with infants, for whom the Chefs cook broths, passatas and baby meals at flexible times.

The staff is particularly attentive to the needs of those suffering from intolerances or coeliac disease, whether they have medical certification or not, and knows the preparation procedures very well. Dishes without salt, eggs or milk may be requested. For coeliacs there are packaged baked goods, gluten-free pasta and ice cream.
