• With its 20 x 8 meter swimming pool heated from March to October you can start your day with your swimming training.
• After a rich breakfast, you will be able to ride on our beautiful routes. We have until 6 Guided daily excursions, from March till November, in different groups with different levels of difficulty and intensity
• Upon returning, on our beautiful promenade you can run freely, alongside the waves and escorted by seagulls.
• After the intense efforts, you can expect a rich post-workout buffet with pasta, cakes, muesli, yogurt, fruit, salad, cold dishes and cheeses, which will recharge you for the energy spent.
• You can relax in our Wellness Center.
