Romagna tradition and international cuisine meet in a marriage of taste based on high quality ingredients with a short distribution chain. Fish arrive freshly caught from the port, fruit and vegetables are from trusted small suppliers, as is our flour.

The organic breakfast is based on aromatic sweets and breads taken from the oven every morning by the Chef. With the Take Your Time® formula you can have breakfast, take brunch or have your lunch from 7.30 to 16.30, to allow every guest to decide the rhythm of their own holiday.

The lavish buffet is continually varied, with many fresh, often home made products. You can also ask for convenient table service for no extra charge.

New parents have a microwave oven at their disposal to warm up baby food, a bottle warmer, bibs and child seats.
