The Chef personally selects the zero food miles and organic ingredients, with the utmost respect for seasonality, so as always to guarantee dishes of the highest quality and freshness. Our cuisine is a gourmet journey into the genuine flavors of Romagna, with recipes from the sea and the land and vegetarian recipes too, where there is never a lack of sweetness in our refined desserts and delicious ice cream. Lunch and dinner are comfortably served at the table. You can choose between 3 first courses and 3 main courses à la carte, accompanied by a selection of wines such as Sangiovese DOC.
