For those who wake up later or return from the beach, an à la carte Late Brunch is also available, featuring fresh, light, and genuine dishes, served on the terrace when weather permits. Every morning, guests can choose from a wide selection of sweet and savoury options, including croissants, homemade cakes, pancakes, yoghurt, fresh fruit, toasted and fresh bread, jams, creamy chocolate spread, local cured meats and cheeses, boiled or scrambled eggs, bacon, salmon and much more. And yes, if you fancy something indulgent, a piadina with Nutella is always an option. The true highlight is the espresso coffee selection, inspired by Northern European roasteries: Chemex, V60 and French Press brewed to order, alongside classic espresso, and cappuccino. |
