A small hotel open all year round, right in the heart of Cesenatico, on the Porto Canale a few steps from the quay with its characteristic fishing huts. The chefs of the Hotel Miramare always create different menus inspired by traditional recipes, with genuine local and organic ingredients with zero food miles.

The vegetables come from local farmers, the fish from the Adriatic, and the pasta, sweets, fresh bread baked daily and the long leavening pizza, are all homemade.

Dishes can be chosen directly from the menu of the day, where there is never a shortage of sardines, anchovies, mackerel and mullet, accompanied by piadina and rosemary croutons, complimented by local and national wines.
