The restaurant with à la carte menu conveniently served at the table is a real highlight of the hotel. The search for the best local produce is a cornerstone of every dish, from breakfast to dinner. From the family farm in Santarcangelo di Romagna, the “Fattoria“, comes oil, wine and honey. From Cesena come milk, yoghurt and cheeses from “Centrale del Latte“, flours for bread, piadina and homemade pasta from “Molino Maraldi“, Romagna dark-skinned salami from “Salumificio Del Vecchio“, and artisanal ice cream from “Fratelli Babbi“. Fruit comes from the surrounding countryside and we have bluefish from the Adriatic. Organic coffee and croissants are from the “Torrefazione Pascucci“. This really is a hotel that has “Romagna in the kitchen”! Each day there is no shortage of delicious and authentic menus for children.
