Hotel Valverde & Residenza is run by a large family who have been in hospitality since 1954, now in its fourth generation. The welcome is that of a one-of-a-kind hotel, due to its large spaces and its attention to detail. It was designed and built thinking only of the comfort of the guests: from the swimming pools and sun-kissed solarium, to the car park and garage for each room, to the common areas and to the rooms and suites, all large with sea views. All the excellent facilities of a 4-star hotel that has also made catering a strong point; for ingredients, for the à la carte menu (and not self-service), all fresh and prepared by the kitchen staff, a true gastronomic experience. The Ricci family is first in line, always present and attentive to guarantee a perfect holiday.

The day begins with an unmissable ritual, a buffet breakfast freshly prepared by the pastry chefs, with organic produce and honey from the family farm (“la Fattoria”), local cold cuts and cheeses, cereals and fruit juices, coffee from the “Pascucci ” roastery. From lunch to dinner, the service is always attentive and professional, with the best dishes served à la carte and not self-service, accompanied by a lavish buffet of appetisers and sides. Alternatives are also prepared for vegetarians, coeliacs and the lactose intolerant on request. Children will always find tasty, balanced and delicious baby menus. Our cooking is a special gastronomic experience, which reveals the real Romagna thanks to the use of local ingredients of the highest quality, including organic ingredients, cooked at low temperatures to safeguard the flavours and characteristics of the food. Many products come directly from “La Fattoria“, the family farm, for example the wine, oil and honey. |
