You can have breakfast in the garden, choosing the buffet with a rich variety of homemade pastries, savoury options, fresh seasonal fruit, yoghurt, muesli, cereals and much more.

The à la carte lunch and dinner menus change every day, but the good fresh fish and handmade pasta, based on Romagna tradition, are never lacking. Among the dishes not to be missed are Adriatic fish in puff pastry, risotto cooked in cuttlefish ink, small macaroni pasta with scallops, passatelli romagnoli pasta, baked swordfish and sea bass in a salt crust. Also very popular with the guests are the meat-based and vegetarian dishes, as well as those fresh from the Chef’s grill.
